Kommon is for adults 18 and older. By using Kommon, you confirm you are at least 18 years old and agree to these standards. If you do not agree, do not use the app.
Your commitments
- Be respectful and kind to your neighbors at all times.
- Post only accurate, honest listings and requests.
- Do not post any offensive, abusive, discriminatory, or otherwise objectionable content — including hate speech, harassment, explicit material, or threats of any kind.
- Do not harass, bully, stalk, or intimidate other users.
- Use the built-in reporting tools, or email us at hello@kenkolabs.io, to flag content that violates these standards.
Zero tolerance
Kommon has zero tolerance for objectionable content or abusive behavior. Violations will result in the immediate removal of the offending content and suspension or permanent ban of the account responsible.
Reporting & moderation
Every post, offer, and reply has a ⋯ menu you can use to:
- Hide from my feed — removes the content from your view immediately.
- Report — sends a report to Kommon for review.
- Block user — hides all content from that neighbor instantly.
We review all reports within 24 hours and remove content that violates these standards. Users who provide offending content will be ejected from the platform.

Content ownership
You own the content you post. By posting it, you grant Kommon a limited license to display it to verified residents of your building. We do not sell your content or use it for advertising.
Availability
Kommon is provided as-is. We may change, suspend, or discontinue features at any time. We'll do our best to give you reasonable notice of significant changes.
Changes to these standards
If we update these standards in a meaningful way, we'll notify you in the app before the change takes effect. The "last updated" date at the top always reflects the current version.
